Cross-cutting Framework

One regulatory discipline,
applied across forty markets.

Every consignment ships under per-destination IUU catch certification. The framework varies by jurisdiction — EU Reg 1005/2008 for European imports, GACC documentation for mainland China, MFDS protocols for South Korea, MAFF for Japan, Rosselkhoznadzor for the Eurasian Economic Union, FDA / FSVP for North America — but the catch-to-plate documentation chain remains continuous. Plant approvals are held standing, not renewed ad-hoc. The trade team publishes structured regulatory analysis as frameworks evolve; when Decree 248 was issued, when the EU IUU regulation was revised, when MFDS residue limits were updated, the analysis was already in CRS subscribers' inboxes.

IUU Framework
Per-consignment catch certification on every shipment. Framework varies by destination; the documentation chain remains continuous through processor and cold storage.
Traceability
Catch → vessel → processor → cold storage → container, documented at each handover. Group-internal handovers within the Baixian operational footprint do not break the chain.
Plant Approvals
Held standing across destinations, not renewed ad-hoc. See species-page regulatory matrices for facility × destination detail.

Every region is covered by one of our analysts
who speaks the language and tracks the regulator.

The regional team is organised by language and jurisdiction rather than by time zone — Iberian and LATAM accounts handled in Spanish and Portuguese, Asian accounts in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, Eurasian accounts in Russian. The same analysts write the regulatory bulletins above. Engage your regional analyst through the trade RFQ form; routing is automatic.
