Group headquarters & primary facilities
Group HQ on Linsen 4th Road, plus the BXTW-FAC-1 Qianzhen processing facility and BXTW-FAC-2 Xiaogang cold storage facility. Most commercial, operations, and processing roles are based here.
Baixian Trade is the global trading arm of Baixian Group — a vertically integrated Greater China seafood corporation, in continuous operation since 1965. We hire across commercial, operations, and corporate functions, in Taiwan and mainland China, for work that connects fishing grounds across three oceans to buyers in over thirty markets.
Baixian was founded in 1965 and has operated continuously through every cycle global seafood has thrown at it — currency shocks, quota regimes, container-rate spikes, cross-strait politics. Joining Baixian means joining a company that has already proved it knows how to weather the next thing.
Headquartered in Kaohsiung, with processing and cold storage in Kaohsiung and Fuzhou, satellite offices across Taiwan and mainland China, and trading flows reaching South America, North Asia, and Southeast Asia. Few seafood businesses operate at this footprint with this kind of integration.
Real cargo, real product, real counterparties. Illex argentinus sourced out of the South Atlantic, Pacific saury from North Asian fishing grounds, giant squid from the eastern Pacific — moved through Baixian's processing and cold storage to buyers across the world. Work here is tangible. You can point to what you ship.
Long tenure is the norm at Baixian. Senior traders carry decades of relationships and product knowledge, and the company invests in mentorship rather than turnover. For someone serious about a career in seafood, commodities, or global trade, this is where the depth is.
Baixian's people work out of four primary locations in Taiwan and mainland China. New hires typically join one of these, with cross-location collaboration and travel routine across our trade and operations teams.
