Kaohsiung · November 2017 — Baixian has deployed a Warehouse Management System (WMS) across cold-storage operations at the BXGC-FAC-3 facility in Fuzhou Mawei, the firm announced today. The deployment brings the firm's cold-storage operations under structured digital inventory tracking, with full lot-traceability across inbound, in-storage, and outbound operations, and real-time reconciliation between physical inventory and bonded-zone customs records.
The WMS deployment follows the completion of the Phase 2 cold-storage build-out at BXGC-FAC-3 between 2015 and 2017, which added 8,400 m² of low-temperature cold storage with full racking and material-handling systems, plus 7,070 m² of ancillary office, pallet-bay, and machinery space at RMB ¥40M of capital investment. Cumulative built floor area at BXGC-FAC-3 reached approximately 31,960 m² following Phase 2 completion, with approximately 30,000 MT of cold-storage capacity at the site — including approximately 5,000 MT of customs-bonded capacity under the Fujian Free Trade Zone Fuzhou area bonded-warehouse authorisation Baixian received in 2013.
The deployment supports cold-storage operations across in-season import staging, re-export staging, and third-party storage flows handled at the facility. BXGC-FAC-3 is the primary processing and cold-storage facility for the Baixian Greater China (BXGC) business group, with co-located processing and cold-storage units operated by Baixian Food (Fujian) Co., Ltd. (百鮮食品(福建)有限公司).
