The exhibition brings together seafood suppliers, importers, processors, distributors and foodservice buyers. Baixian invites existing partners and new contacts to meet the trade team, discuss sourcing requirements and explore opportunities for cooperation.
Conversations can cover Argentine shortfin squid (Illex argentinus), giant squid (Dosidicus gigas), Pacific saury (Cololabis saira) and selected Pacific pelagic species. Buyers are welcome to bring their requirements for product form, size, volume, destination and delivery timing so the team can discuss the relevant supply options.
